Countdown the FEI Asian Championships Pattaya 2019 in 2 days!
The 1st FEI Asian Championships Pattaya 2019 is fast approaching and will kick off on 1 December 2019 at the Thai Polo & Equestrian Club Pattaya. This Continental Championships serves as stepping-stones for riders from 15 countries in Asia to the next level of World Championships and Olympic Games. The HKEF is delighted to announce that Hong Kong will be sending Eventing and Jumping Team to compete at the Championships.
A team of 4 riders including Annie Ho, Thomas Ho, Patrick Lam and Yuxuan Su will be participating in the eventing competition from 3 – 5 December 2019. While Kenneth Cheng, Jacqueline Lai, Patrick Lam and Raena Leung will be forming the Jumping Team to participate in the jumping competitions from 4 – 8 December 2019.
Meanwhile, we regret to announce that our dressage rider Jacqueline Siu will not be participating in the Asian Championships due to an injury of her horse Jockey Club Connery.
The first event of the Asian Championships is the Dressage Team Competition scheduled on 1 December 2019, while the Eventing Competition will start from 3 December 2019. Please refer to the attached competition schedule for details.
