HKEF Members’ Exclusive Tour of Conghua Racecourse on 18 November 2019

Dear Members,

We are pleased to announce that an exclusive tour of Conghua Racecourse organized by the HKEF and supported by the Hong Kong Jockey Club will be held on 18 November 2019 (Mon).

Conghua Racecourse officially opened on 28 August 2018, making it the first world-class racecourse and thoroughbred training centre on the Mainland. Located around 200 kilometers from Hong Kong in Guandong Province, the Conghua Racecourse complements the existing Sha Tin training centre and provides another training location for horses from Hong Kong within an approximate 3-hour journey by automobile. The racecourse covers 150 hectares and can house more than 660 horses at its current stable capacity. Members who wish to know more about Conghua Racecourse and its state-of-the-art facilities are invited to join this tour.

During the tour, members will be able to visit a Racing stable, Spelling paddocks, Equine Swimming Pool, Trainers Stand, Trainers’ Stand, Equine Hospital and Rehab Centre.
