Dear members,

 

Following the invitation for EOI from riders to the National Youth Showjumping Championship 2022, the HKEF is now looking for expressions of interest for 1 Team Coach/  Chef d’Equipe/ Team Manager to the captioned event.

 

  1. Member of HKEF
  2. Available for the full period of the Championship
  3. Available for the 10 days post arrival quarantine in China and 7 days post arrival quarantine in Hong Kong

The following costs will be covered by the HKEF on a strict reimbursement basis:

 

  1. Round trip air ticket (Economy class) for Team Coach/  Chef d’Equipe/ Team Manager
  2. Travel Insurance for Team Coach/  Chef d’Equipe/ Team Manager
  3. Accommodation and meals during the competition
  4. Local transportation between your home airport and your residence
  5. Mainland internal transportation between the airport, accommodation and competition venue
  6. Mandatory post arrival quarantine accommodation in China and in Hong Kong

  1. Passport Copy OR valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents (China Entry Permit) copy       
  2. Curriculum Vitae
  3. Previous experiences as Team Coach/  Chef d’Equipe/ Team Manager in local or overseas events

 

Any late submission or submission with missing document(s) received by HKEF Secretariat will not be processed.
