Invitation for Expression of Interest to CSIJ-B Bangkok @ The Princess Cup 2019 (17 – 20 Nov 2019, Sun – Wed)
Dear members,
The Hong Kong Equestrian Federation is pleased to announce that we have been invited by the Thailand Equestrian Federation to the CSIJ-B Bangkok @ The Princess Cup 2019 from 17 – 20 November 2019, Sunday to Wednesday at The Royal Stable Unit and the Royal Horse Guard, Bangkok, Thailand.
We are intended to send a team consisting 3 Junior Riders (Aged 14 – 18, Year of birth: 2001 – 2005) and 1 Coach / Chef d’Equipe to the captioned event.
Details of the event is as follow;

Dates: 17 – 20 November 2019, Sunday – Wednesday
Venue: The Royal Stable Unit and the Royal Horse Guard, Bangkok, Thailand
Quota: 3 Junior Riders (Aged 14 -18) + 1 Coach / Chef d’Equipe

The show organizer will offer the following items for athletes during the competition period:
- Accommodation
2 rooms sharing (IN 17 November / OUT 20 November, 4 nights/5 days)

Breakfast will be included in the hotel; food will be provided at the venue from 11:00 a.m. – 15:00 p.m. daily.
- Airport pick-up service
Airport pick-up/send back will be provided to Rider(s) and Official(s).
The following costs will be covered by the HKEF on a strict reimbursement basis:
- Round trip air ticket(Economy class) for the riders and coach / Chef d’Equipe
- Travel Insurancefor the riders and coach / Chef d’Equipe
- Three team training lessonsfor selected riders as preparation for the event
- Local transportation betweenthe Hong Kong International Airport and your residence.
*Accompanying person will have to bear their own cost on the above items including accommodation.
