As per our previous announcement in August, the 19th Asian Games 2022 will be held in Hangzhou, China from 10 – 25 September 2022. The Games consist of all three Olympic disciplines, namely Eventing, Dressage and Jumping with the tentative dates below:

Selection Policy for Major Events
Interested riders are required to express / confirm his or her interest to the HKEF Secretary General by email to [email protected] and [email protected], providing the followings:
- HKSAR passport;
- Valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents (China Entry Permit);
- HKID card;
- Passport photo; and
- Describing in written detail regarding horses, location, as well as training and competition plans for the coming 6 months
on or before Friday 28 January 2022 6:00 p.m. (GMT+8).
Kindly note that it is necessary for you to confirm your interest if you have already expressed your initial interest to us before.
In case if you have already submitted all the listed documents to us and there is no change on any of these, you are not required to resubmit them.
All future correspondences regarding the 19th Asian Games will only be sent to riders who provide us with confirmation on their expression of interest after this email.
