Hong Kong Riders in CSI CH/J/Y Tehran, Iran 2017 Today!
The Hong Kong Equestrian Federation is pleased to share with you that three Hong Kong riders – Melinda MA, Nathaniel CHAN and Vincent CAPOL are selected to compete in the CSI CH/J/Y Tehran, Iran 2017 at the Bam Riding Club from today to 14 July.
8 countries were invited to send one children rider aged 12-14 in 1.00m level, one junior rider aged 15-18 in 1.10m level and one young rider aged 19 – 21 in 1.15m level to the show, including Thailand, Georgia, India, Philippines, Syria, Taipei, Lebanon and Hong Kong. Melinda, Nathaniel and Vincent will compete with other 24 showjumpers in the young rider class, junior class and children class respectively. Mr. Joachim HEIDENREICH was appointed as the team coach this time.
All Invited riders will be riding on borrowed horses offered by the Organizing Committee and having a test ride tomorrow morning. The first and the second horse inspections will be held on 12 July afternoon and 13 July morning respectively. Competitions will be started on 13 July and finished on 14 July and there will be one competition for each level per day in the order of children class, junior class and young rider class.
