Invitation for Expression of Interest to the FEI Jumping Children’s Classics Final 2019, 8 – 12 January 2020 (Wed – Sun)

Dear Members,

We are pleased to announce that HKEF will be hosting the FEI Jumping Children’s Classics Final 2019  from 8 – 12 January 2020 (Wed – Sun). This competition, subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and supported by Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) and Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC), will be running with borrowed horses generously supported by our riding schools and horse owners.

Sixteen of the world’s top-ranked riders in FEI Children’s Classic Gold Tour will be competing and as the hosting country, Hong Kong will be entitled to have four riders to join this competition.

We are now looking for expressions of interest from any keen riders who were:

1. Born between 1 January 2005 and 31 December 2007
2. HKEF members

Selected riders will be provided with significant support and trainings per week at various riding centres around Hong Kong and possibly some overseas competitions; riders able to make serious commitments will be considered with priority.

Should you be interest in representing Hong Kong in this event, please fill in the entry form with key results and/or achievements and return it with a consent letter from parents or guardian to the HKEF office before 16 September 2019 (Mon) 10:00am. The HKEF will inform riders through email upon receipt of expressions of interest.
