New administration fee for writing a "Letter of Support" or "No Objection Letter"

"Letter of Support" or "No Objection Letter" is designed to support riders who wish to compete outside Hong Kong. It is an official documentation granted by the National Federation which provides permission for a rider registered within that nation and to compete in a national or international competition
