Announcement: Results of FEI Dressage World Challenge 2023

 

The Equestrian Federation of Hong Kong, China is pleased to announce the accomplishments of our riders in the FEI Dressage World Challenge 2023. The event took place on 9 December 2023, with the participation of 27 National Federations.

 

Representing Team HKG in the Dressage World Challenge were four combinations:

  • Jessica Williams and New Elegance
  • Alexis Shie and Don Le Beau
  • Kate Lumsden and Clarina
  • Ka Ching Fu and Ballafada Star

They competed in the Senior I Class and Youth Class, securing a 2nd place ranking within Zone 8, comprising of Guatemala, India, Namibia, Zambia, and Hong Kong. Their performance also earned them 2nd place among the 27 participating countries worldwide.

 

Individual performances deserving recognition:

  • Samantha Chan and Don Le Beau achieved a 2nd place ranking out of 68 combinations worldwide in the Prix St-Georges Class.
  • Jessica Williams and New Elegance secured a 1st place ranking out of 138 combinations worldwide in the Senior I Class.
  • Sarah Fung and Clarina achieved a 1st place ranking out of 138 combinations worldwide in the Senior I Class.
  • Alexis Shie and Don Le Beau attained a 1st place ranking out of 138 combinations worldwide in the Youth Class.
  • Kate Lumsden and Clarina achieved a 3rd place ranking out of 138 combinations worldwide in the Youth Class.
